Refund period
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and follow the instructions there, or reply to the order receipt email Paddle sent you. You can also reach us through the support option in the game menu and we'll point you in the right direction.
What happens after a refund
Once a refund is processed, the paid content (for example, the Neon Night level) is removed from your account. Your free account, username, and any scores remain. Refunds are issued to your original payment method; depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
